Bahrain St. Peter's Jacobite Syrian Orthodox Church is directly under the jurisdiction of Patriarch of Antioch & All the East. Since 1994 the Patriarch delegates a metropolitan from Malankara to oversee the administrative affairs of the Church. Its administrative activities are managed by an elected Managing Committee members headed by the Vicar. The structure of the committee is president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, joint secretary and three committee members and ex-officio. Two auditors are also elected by the general body.
The affairs of the parish shall be conducted and managed by the managing committee consisting of 9 members including the office bearers namely president, vice president, secretary and treasurer duly elected by the general body except the president, since the vicar will always be the president.
The secretary shall be executive of the parish and the treasurer shall be responsible for maintaining proper accounts of the parish including cash handling. The chairman of the general body and the committee should always be the vicar, if there is and if no the vice president.
